(Day 30) 10th May - Peer Feedback Part 2

20 days ago, on the 23rd March, we did our first peer feedback session (click here to see log). After completing the brief, we were asked the same questions about our team members, it was interesting to see the answers. Again, the responses were anonymous and there was one less response as the groups changed.

I think all feedback received was fair and I had acknowledged areas of improvement throughout. It reflects that I had progressed on my intrapersonal skills. This is still a learning journey for me, I know that whilst I have made progress, I know my patience will be an on going challenge.

The comment about being "too impatient to be a good listener" this was evident in the first difficult discussion - here. I didn't read all the chat, I was growing impatient and annoyed. However, it was nice to see my effort to work on my weaknesses were recognised. I think I could also work on my bluntness or kind of hardness? This is coming from the "warm-hearted personality and good heart but it does not clear in appearance". Maybe, first impressions are harder than what I am actually like. My pace and work may be too much for some.
